Since then, SM Construction has focused on commercial and industrial concrete work for general contractors, developers and owners who value dependable subcontractors. First Contract in Northwest Indiana
SM Construction begins with its first commercial concrete contract, establishing the hands-on approach that still guides every project.
1993
First Indianapolis Contract
The company takes on its first Indianapolis project and starts building relationships with contractors in the region.
1994
Operations Move to Indianapolis
SM Construction relocates its full operation to Indianapolis, positioning the company to serve Central Indiana commercial construction.
